At Gripfy, we work with trusted suppliers and warehouses worldwide to deliver innovative gadgets and tech accessories. Depending on the product, your order may ship from the United States, China, or other international locations.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from the supplier’s warehouse.

A confirmation email will be sent with your order details.


Estimated Delivery Times

United States Warehouse: 5–10 business days

China / Asia Warehouse: 10–20 business days

Other International Locations: 10–25 business days 

Delivery times may vary due to local postal services, customs, and public holidays.


Shipping & Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.

You can monitor your shipment using the provided tracking number.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Gripfy is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or additional charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact gripfy.support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the item.

We will assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Orders with multiple items may ship from different suppliers and arrive separately.
